Rao Telidevara (Chairman)
	Rao Telidevara is an MBA from Cox School of Business and an MS in Comp. Science from Colorado State University. He has more than 20 years of experience in providing business solutions and IT outsourcing, Rao holds the honor of spearheading first offshore project for John Deere for a Tier-1 company in 1990. He is the promoter and founder director of VisualSoft Technologies, Limited, a public listed company. He is also the proud recipient of best entrepreneur award from ATA in July 2000 in a function held in Atlanta, Georgia.
James R. Easley (Senior Vice President - Sales)
	James R. Easley is Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing. Educated in IT with a degree in Computer Sciences and having prior hands-on experience in Computer Programming and IT Support with Fortune 1000 companies, including IBM and Hertz Corp. Trained in Management at Cox School of Business at SMU University with 14 years of experience in IT software services and solutions sales.
Hanu Magapu (Head - Operations & Admin)
	Hanu has over 20 years of rich managerial experience in the fields of Shipping, Electronics and Communication. He was a part of JM Baxi, Motorola (Singapore & Bangalore) and Arya Offshore Services. He has extensive experience in the fields of administration and finance to evolve solutions in cost effective and efficient ways. He is a Commerce / Law graduate from Andhra University.
Pramod Mooriath (Head of Delivery)
	Pramod brings to us rich experience in offshore delivery. He has vast experience in handling geographically dispersed technical team to meet customer requirements in various domains, BFSI, healthcare, Business Intelligence. Before Qatalys, he worked for companies AIG, Cognizant. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance and Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He is a speaker & trainer on various Project Management and Agile Development forums. Pramod is an active participant in Computer Society of India (CSI) activities and currently he is a Management Committee member (CSI Chennai Chapter). Pramod has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Masters from BITS, Pilani
Ravi Sankar (VP, Business Development)
	Ravi has over 20 years of experience combining strong technical expertise, management skills and business knowledge across various industries - financial services, insurance & health care, and functional areas - Enterprise applications, CRM, enterprise portals, e-business, data warehousing/mining and web analytics. He has global experience with clients in US, Europe, Middle East and India in various roles - delivery management, business development, organization development and marketing strategy. Ravi has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and MBA from University of Arizona.
Audrey Hamilton (Senior Sales Manager)
	Audrey Hamilton brings a strong track record of success, which she attributes to her consultative and relationship-building approach in working with customers. In addition to a strong sales background, Audrey is equipped with experience in IT, healthcare, insurance, and consulting. Her broad experience includes creating a "train the trainer" program for an EMR (Electronic Medical Records) company as well consulting Fortune 500 companies in the area of benefit communications at Aon. Audrey has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky.
